About the Company

The Company Perník Ltd., Těchlovice near Hradce Králové, was founded in the year 1999, In the first place the Company ensures the development of new products and machinery for the bakery industry. These activities are closely connected with the Company J4 s.r.o, Předměřice nad Labem.

Gradually was introduced the production of sponge cakes and biscuits. However, the production lines constantly serve as a demonstration machinery for customers of the Company J4 s.r.o (Ltd), producing mainly baking band ovens.

In present time our Company prepares the production of friendly products, regardful of the human metabolism. There are products without aleurone or products with a low aleurone contents, which support the immune system of the human body and its digestion. The products are fairly digestible, thanks to the use of maize meal, containing not the aleurone, oppressing metabolic process in the body. Aleurone is a starchy protein, which can injure the mucous membrane of the small intestine and aggravate the immune system of the body.

The Company produces s, above all, biscuits in accordance with customer’s requirements or specialised customers, as for instance Kávoviny a.s. Pardubice. There are many other customers, as for instance Exver Food spol. Ld., Staré Ždánice, Nový Věk s.r.o. Vysoké Mýto etc..
